My name is George and I’m a private individual just like you who has spent the time and money required to get trained to learn how to do the things that are described below.  Just to show you how much I believe in a proper education; I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and I also have an MBA.  I worked in the automotive industry for 20 years in various middle management positions and discovered that the more money I made the more miserable I became. Hence, I made a decision to get my life back and help others in the process.

I would very much like to discuss purchasing your home.  Please notice, I’m not asking to “list your home”.  I am not a Realtor and I am not associated with any real estate agency.  However I’m definitely interested in buying your house as an investment.

As I mentioned above, I’m just a private individual like yourself, who has spent the time and money to develop the ability to solve seemingly complicated financial dilemmas….the kind that thousands of homeowners get into everyday when they try to sell their home.

I am associated with a group of private investors that buys from five to ten houses per month.  We buy houses in almost every area and price range using private funds that require no long, drawn out bank approvals.  As I mentioned above however, we are not real estate agents.  There’s a big difference.  An agents job is to sell houses….not buy them!
